  • We get it, sometimes things don't quite work out as planned. That's why we stand by our products, but please note, all sales are final. We're a small business, and we appreciate your understanding on this.

  • If, by any chance, your item arrives a little worse for wear due to the wild journey of transit, don't fret! Just shoot us a quick email at amanda@codawoodstudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Attach some photos of the damage and the packaging, so we can get the ball rolling on making things right.

  • Once we receive your email and confirm the damage, you've got options. We'll gladly offer you a full refund or send you a replacement for your damaged item. Sometimes, we might ask for the damaged piece back, but don't worry, we'll cover the shipping costs. If it's easier, we might even just send you the replacement parts you need, like glass or metal components, free of charge.

Here's the scoop:

  • Please return items in their original packaging and condition, if possible, to ensure we can process your refund or replacement smoothly.

  • We'll hustle to get your refund processed promptly after receiving your returned item or verifying the damage.

  • Just a heads up, if the damage looks like it's from misuse, negligence, or some shenanigans after delivery, we might have to hold off on the refund or replacement.
